FAQ Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are a great way to get access to tools, resources, connection and knowledge at Ingenuity Innovation Center.  Here are some questions and answers we frequently get asked regarding memberships.

Q.  How many classes can I use a month?

A.  Members are limited to using their member benefits for two (2) classes a month.

Q.  Can I use my membership benefits for retreats?

A.  Not at this time.

Q. When do my membership benefits start?

A. Immediately upon receipt of payment.

Q. Can I upgrade my membership?

A. You may upgrade your membership at any time.  Additional perks that are not included in your current membership will be added to your account.

Q. What happens if I don’t use all of my classes and guest passes during the 12 months?

A. Any unused perks will be lost.

Q. Can I give / donate my perks to others if I am unable to use them?

A.  Not this time.

Q. Can I cancel my membership at any time?

A. Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time.  However, any unused benefits or perks will be lost.
